Potato and Watercress Soup Recipe

INGREDIENTS(配料)

1. 5mediumpotatoes    (5个中等大小的土豆)
   
   
2. 4cupschicken stock  (4杯鸡膏汤)
   
   
3. 1bunchwatercress      (1小捆水芹菜)

DIRECTIONS

1. Bring chicken stock to the boil in a saucepan. ( 把鸡膏汤放在平底锅里煮沸)
   
   
2. Peel and chop potatoes, and boil till soft in the chicken stock. (把削皮的土豆切碎,直到在鸡汤里变软.)
   
   
3. Put potatoes and watercress into blender and blend, adding liquid chicken stock until the soup is at desired consistency. (把土豆和水芹菜放在一起搅和拌匀.再加点鸡汤,直到浓度适当)
   
   
4. Add salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy! (加盐与胡椒,一切OK,准备享用吧!)
