Potato and Watercress Soup Recipe

INGREDIENTS(配料)
- 5mediumpotatoes (5个中等大小的土豆)
- 4cupschicken stock (4杯鸡膏汤)
- 1bunchwatercress (1小捆水芹菜)
DIRECTIONS
- Bring chicken stock to the boil in a saucepan. ( 把鸡膏汤放在平底锅里煮沸)
- Peel and chop potatoes, and boil till soft in the chicken stock. (把削皮的土豆切碎,直到在鸡汤里变软.)
- Put potatoes and watercress into blender and blend, adding liquid chicken stock until the soup is at desired consistency. (把土豆和水芹菜放在一起搅和拌匀.再加点鸡汤,直到浓度适当)
